Team Structure: Work alongside experienced SLPs and SLPAs
License Requirement: Active Kansas SLP certification/license

• Develop and write Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals based on student evaluations and needs.

• Deliver speech-language therapy in individual, small group, or classroom settings , aligned with IEP objectives.

• Collaborate with a team of SLPs and SLPAs to address student communication needs and promote educational success.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per district and state guidelines .

• Stay updated on evidence-based practices and meet ongoing licensure requirements .
