Speech Language Pathologist in Citrus Heights, CA

This opportunity is for two Speech Language Pathologists to provide maternity leave coverage in a K-12 school setting, located in Citrus Heights, CA. These are contract roles with school year duration, offering onsite work and caseloads varying by assignment.

Position Details:

• Discipline: Speech Language Pathologist
• Number of Openings: 2 maternity leave positions
• Location: Citrus Heights, CA
• Work Schedule: 35-40 hours per week, onsite
• Contract Duration: School year

Assignment Periods & Caseloads:

• First Leave: August 4, 2025 October 31, 2025 (possible extension)
  • Caseload: Approximately 55 elementary students (TK-5th grade)
• Second Leave: August 11, 2025 February 3, 2026
  • Caseload: Preschool program at elementary school
  • Initial caseload around 20, with possible growth up to 40 students

Qualifications:

• Current California Speech Language Pathologist License is required
• Experience working with K-12 student populations preferred
• Ability to manage varying caseload sizes effectively
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
