Are you ready to use your skills to help students find their voice? Were seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a diverse K12 caseload across four local schools in the Baltimore area. This full-time, onsite role begins by covering an FMLA leave at the start of the 20252026 school year then smoothly transitions to another assignment within the district when the returning employee resumes their duties. No SLPAs or virtual placements are being considered for this role.

In this role, youll deliver direct speech-language services to students across a range of ages and needs. Youll work on articulation, fluency, language, and social communication goals while collaborating closely with teachers, IEP teams, and families. Youll travel between four schools as needed, ensuring each student receives consistent, quality support. Flexibility and commitment to excellence are key as you help students grow in confidence and communication.

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• Active Maryland SLP License issued by the Maryland Board of Examiners

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) CFs are not being accepted for this position

• Prior experience in school-based settings is preferred

• Strong collaboration, communication, and time management skills
