Soliant is seeking three Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join a team for the 2025-2026 school year. These roles offer a supportive environment, manageable caseloads, and the opportunity to make a direct impact on students' communication and academic success. Available Positions: Position #1: Full-Time - Elementary & Learning Center (60/40 Split) Caseload: Approximately 35 students across both sites Collaborate with 1 SLP at the elementary school and 3 SLPs at the learning center Focused on providing therapy, evaluations, and caseload support in a team-based model Position #2: Full-Time - High School Caseload: Approximately 35-40 students Serve a diverse population of high school students with speech-language needs Work independently with strong district and peer support Position #3: Part-Time - Elementary School Schedule: 2 days per week Provide support to the full-time SLP managing a higher caseload Ideal for someone seeking flexible hours in a collaborative environment Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Missouri SLP License (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; CFs encouraged to apply Prior school-based experience a plus Apply Today!
