School Nutrition - Middle School Head Cook

Hours: 7 hours per day – 6:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. or 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

(Hours will vary slightly each day depending on daily duties)

Wages: Minimum starting wage $22.13 per hour some benefits are available

Starting Date: Starts August 12, 2025

Responsibilities:

Help to prepare food for elementary, middle school, and high school lunches side by side with our assistant cook. Previous large batch cooking experience and a current ServSafe Certification is a plus. Candidate must possess good math skills (for portion figuring), be able to multi-task in a very busy environment, and be able to lift 40+ lbs. Will also be responsible to delegate to the assistant cook and others as needed. Plus serve lunch, work the dish machine, and do clean up each day. In addition, any other duties assigned.
