We are seeking a motivated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CFY) to join our school-based team in the New Orleans, LA metro area for the 20252026 school year. This full-time position offers supervised clinical experience and support toward earning the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA, while making a real difference in students communication skills and academic success. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language screenings, assessments, and evaluations under supervision.
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with IEP teams.
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students with communication disorders.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation, progress reports, and compliance with IDEA regulations.
- Participate in parent meetings, team conferences, and school staff consultations.
- Receive regular supervision from a licensed CCC-SLP mentor in accordance with ASHA requirements.
- Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Eligible for Clinical Fellowship (CF) in the state of Louisiana.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Commitment to providing evidence-based and student-centered services.
- Familiarity with school-based therapy and IEP processes is a plus.
