Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team for the 20252026 academic year in the greater Baltimore area. This school-based position involves working with students across K12 grade levels, providing therapy services to support their educational success. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students develop the skills necessary for academic and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students' needs in areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in collaboration with educators, parents, and other professionals.
• Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy plans as needed.
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.
• Provide training and resources to school staff and families to support students' occupational therapy needs.

• Valid Maryland Occupational Therapy license.
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a diverse caseload.
