Position Overview:
Were seeking a dedicated School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Aitkin, MN. In this role, you will support students communication and language development, working collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure all students can succeed academically and socially.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Provide direct therapy services individually and in groups.

Collaborate with teachers, parents, and specialists to foster an inclusive learning environment.

Monitor and document student progress; adjust plans as needed.

Participate in IEP meetings as an integral member of the multidisciplinary team.

Offer training and support to staff on speech and language topics.

Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.

Minnesota state license in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility).

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).

School-based experience preferred but not required.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
