Soliant Health is seeking a committed and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school district in Earlimart, California for the upcoming school year. This is a full-time, onsite role where you'll be working directly with students to support their communication development and academic success.

Position Details:

• Full-time (approximately 37.5 hours/week)

• Full school year: 2025-2026

• Caseload details and school sites to be discussed during the interview

• Supportive and collaborative special education team

Responsibilities:

• Provide therapy services to students with speech and language disorders

• Conduct evaluations and assessments

• Develop and implement IEPs

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school professionals

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of student progress

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active California SLP license (or in process)

• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CFs) are welcome to apply

• School-based experience preferred, but not required
