Woodbridge Township Schools is hiring a full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to help students strengthen the fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills they need to thrive in school and beyond. Join a collaborative team dedicated to empowering young learners.

About the Role:
In this position, youll conduct evaluations, design personalized therapy plans, and deliver interventions that build confidence and independence.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Complete occupational therapy assessments and create clear, detailed reports

• Develop and implement therapy plans that align with each students IEP goals

• Address fine motor coordination, sensory processing, and self-care routines

• Work closely with teachers, families, and administrators to track progress

• Participate in IEP meetings to share recommendations and provide support

• Maintain accurate records that comply with district and state requirements

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

• Active New Jersey Occupational Therapy License

• New Jersey Department of Education Certification for school-based OT

• Previous experience in schools or pediatric settings preferred

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Position Details:

• Type: Full-time, onsite

• Schedule: MondayFriday during school hours

• Caseload: K12 students (assignments determined by district needs)
