These full-time, school-based roles provide an opportunity to support diverse students in their development and learning. Position Details: Locations: Elementary, Middle, High Schools, and K-12 Assignments Type: Full-Time, contracted through the school year Format: Primarily on-site; virtual options may be available depending on district Responsibilities: Deliver direct OT services aligned with student IEP goals Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers Participate in IEP meetings and provide expert recommendations Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all guidelines Support students with fine motor skills, sensory integration, self-care, and adaptive strategies Provide staff consultation and training as needed Requirements: Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active Maryland OT license or eligibility to obtain one NBCOT certification School-based experience preferred but not required Excellent communication and teamwork skills Make a meaningful difference in students' lives by empowering them to succeed both academically and functionally.
