Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - School-Based Profession: Therapy / Rehabilitation Specialty: Speech Language Pathologist - K-12 Location: Summerville, SC 29483 Duration: 42 Weeks (Full 2025-2026 School Year) Shift: Day - 5x7.5-Hour Shifts (7:00 AM - 2:30 PM) Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week Block Scheduling: Not guaranteed Work Setting: In-person Position Overview: A school district in Summerville, SC is seeking a full-time, licensed and ASHA-certified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide in-person therapy services for the 2025-2026 academic year . This is a great opportunity to join a dedicated team and support student communication goals across a K-12 caseload (details forthcoming). Key Responsibilities: Conduct assessments and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders Develop and implement IEPs based on student needs Provide direct therapy services in individual and group settings Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning Required Qualifications: Active South Carolina SLP license South Carolina Educator Certificate ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) CFs not accepted at this time Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
