A school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the upcoming school year in Edwardsville, IL, servicing an elementary school population. This contract position offers part-time hours, working two days per week with a caseload of approximately 20 students from PreK through 8th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services to students identified with communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to support student progress.
• Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Active Professional Educator License (PEL) with Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students (PreK-8th grade).
• Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 20 students independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students, families, and school personnel.

Schedule and Location:

• Part-time schedule, two days/week, 7:30 AM to 3:20 PM.
