About the Role
Are you a passionate and experienced SLP ready to make a powerful differencewithout the commute? Were looking for a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our dynamic virtual team, delivering high-quality teletherapy services to K12 students across Arkansas. This fully remote position lets you work from the comfort of home while helping students overcome communication barriers and thrive academically and socially. With our intuitive teletherapy platform and collaborative support model, youll have the tools to make every session count.

What Youll Do

• Conduct engaging virtual assessments to identify students speech and language needs

• Develop and implement customized IEPs that reflect student goals and progress

• Deliver interactive one-on-one and group therapy sessions using our digital platform

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student growth

• Document progress and adjust strategies based on data and student performance

• Participate in IEP meetings, providing clinical insights and expert recommendations

What You Bring

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology

• Active Arkansas SLP license

• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP)

• Preferred: 2+ years of school-based experience

• Tech-savvy and confident using virtual platforms

• Clear communication skills and a strong team-player attitude

Tech Requirements

• High-speed, reliable internet

• Desktop or laptop (tablets and Chromebooks are not compatible)

• Must pass a brief tech screening to ensure platform compatibility
