Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certified Clinical Competence (CCC) to join a dynamic team at an elementary school near Fernandina Beach, FL for the 2025-2026 school year . This contract position offers a structured, supportive environment designed to foster both professional growth and student success. You will be working with elementary students from Pre-K to 5th grade , providing high-quality speech therapy services to help students thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized speech-language therapy services to students in Pre-K through 5th grade .

  • Collaborate with a dedicated SLP team and school staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) .

  • Manage a low caseload at a single-site location , ensuring effective and focused therapy.

  • Maintain documentation and progress tracking in accordance with school and state requirements.

  • Work with students to improve speech, language, and communication skills in a supportive and engaging environment.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.

  • Valid Florida SLP licensure with school credentials.

  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) strongly preferred.

  • Experience in healthcare, pediatrics , and school settings , including completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment .
