Pediatric School Speech Therapist - Ellensburg, Washington

This opportunity is seeking five skilled Speech-Language Pathologists certified with SLP-CCC credentials to support K-12 students during the 2025-2026 school year in Ellensburg, WA. Serving as a valuable member of the educational team, you will make a meaningful impact by providing essential speech and language services to students within a manageable workload.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering individualized speech-language therapy to a typical caseload of 45 students per full-time assignment.
• Collaborating with educators, parents, and professionals to develop and implement effective communication goals.
• Managing caseloads across a maximum of two school sites to ensure focused and consistent support.
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress tracking in alignment with district and state guidelines.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary strategies for student success.

Qualifications:

• Certification of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
• Valid Washington State Speech-Language Pathology license.
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings is highly preferred.
