A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for the upcoming school year (July 28, 2025 May 22, 2026) in Grovetown, GA. This contract position supports K-12 students across multiple schools, providing a wide range of speech services throughout the academic year. The SLP will work Monday through Friday, 37.5 hours per week, serving elementary, middle, and high school students.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering individual and group therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Conducting speech and language evaluations to identify areas of concern
- Writing and updating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on assessment data and student progress
- Collecting and maintaining accurate records to monitor treatment effectiveness
- Managing an itinerant caseload by traveling between multiple school locations
Qualifications and experience:
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid Georgia SLP license
- Experience working with K-12 students across multiple grade levels
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload and maintain organized documentation
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, parents, and support staff
