Pediatric School Speech Therapist Canton, Ohio

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a K-12 school setting in Canton, OH. This is a contracted position for the 2025-2026 school year. The role offers 36 hours per week with Mondays off when school is not in session. The caseload includes approximately 26 students.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; open to Clinical Fellows (CF) with required supervision provided
• Experience working with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings
• Ability to provide speech and language therapy services aligned with school curriculum
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within educational teams

Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district policies and regulations
• Participate in required supervision and professional development activities
