A K-12 school located in Willard, MO, is seeking a skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a mixed caseload of approximately 35-40 students. This contract position is for the upcoming school year and offers the opportunity to work across two school buildings.
Responsibilities include providing speech-language therapy services to students from early childhood special education (ECSE) through 4th grade, as well as high school students. The SLP will collaborate closely with building principals and the Director of Special Services to develop and implement individualized therapy plans that meet students communication needs. Evaluations will also be part of the role, with the possibility of working alongside an onsite Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support caseload demands.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Missouri SLP Certification required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience or eligibility for Pediatric and School settings
- Comfort with Teletherapy as needed
- Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) preferred
- Ability to manage and prioritize a caseload of 35-40 students across multiple age groups
Work Schedule and Location:
- 7.5 hours per day, 5 days per week
- Services delivered onsite across two school buildings in Willard, MO
