Speech Language Pathologist

Requirements:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in Illinois.
• Active Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL).
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) (as required by state/contract).
• Current CPR certification (if applicable).
• Health requirements met (TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray, current health certificate).
• Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
