Hiring School Occupational Therapists (OT/COTAs) - Ridgeway, AK

As the 25-26 school year approaches, a K-12 school district near Ridgeway, AK is holding interviews to fill Occupational Therapist (OT/COTA) vacancies.

OT Duties:

• Assess and evaluate students functional abilities and needs

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to approximately 30 students

• Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals accordingly

• Educate school staff on strategies, accommodations, and equipment use

• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate records

Schedule:

• Full-time, 40 hours per week (flexible)

• August 2025 to May 2026

OT Qualifications:

• Valid Alaska OT License required

• School-based experience preferred
