Sunbelt Staffing is actively hiring a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a collaborative school team near Newington, Connecticut for the 20252026 academic year. This full-time, on-site role involves delivering therapeutic services to students in a supportive school environment.

Position Overview:

• Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday

• Provide occupational therapy services in alignment with students IEP objectives

• Conduct assessments and design individualized therapy plans

• Work closely with teachers, families, and school staff to enhance student outcomes

• Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP team meetings

Requirements:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy

• Current Connecticut OT license

• Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
