Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A K-12 school in Grady, NM is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a contracted position lasting the entire school year. This role is ideal for professionals holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or licensed as an SLP in a school setting. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students with speech and language disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs Provide therapy sessions focused on achieving specific speech and language objectives Accurately monitor and document student progress over time Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver coordinated care Involve families in the therapy process through education and engagement Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience working with pediatric and/or school-aged populations highly desirable Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment Active license approved by the State Board of Speech Language Pathology for the state of New Mexico This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' communication development while working in a supportive educational environment.
