About the Role As a School-Based SLP, you'll be instrumental in supporting the communication and language development of our students. You'll work closely with educators, parents, and other specialists to identify and address speech and language disorders, fostering an environment where every student can thrive academically and socially. Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough speech and language assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide direct therapy (individual and group). Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in IEP meetings. Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed. Offer professional development to staff on communication topics. What We're Looking For Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. TX state license in Speech-Language Pathology. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but not required ; CFY's are welcome to apply! Prior experience in a school setting is a plus!
