Caseload: K12 (Specific assignments based on availability & experience)

Santa Cruz area schools are seeking two dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) for the upcoming school year! Were hiring for both a full-time and part-time position to support a growing student caseload in a collaborative and inclusive educational environment.

• 37.5 hours/week

• MondayFriday

• Full school year commitment

• 2 days/week (flexible scheduling)

• Ideal for clinicians seeking reduced hours or supplemental work

• Full school year commitment

• Provide speech and language therapy to students in alignment with IEP goals

• Conduct assessments and contribute to eligibility determinations

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)

• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff

• Maintain timely documentation and progress reports

• Active California SLP license (Required)

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred

• School-based experience is a plus
