Now Hiring: Experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) Full-Time | Connecticut | Ages 522

Location: Connecticut
Schedule: August 21, 2025 June 13, 2026 (Full-Time, 37.5 hrs/week)
Extended School Year (ESY) Available for Summer 2026

Our school is a leading outplacement program for students whose needs exceed the capabilities of their public school districts. Located in Connecticut and serving students from 40+ districts across CT and MA , we offer intensive, individualized supports across multiple campus buildings, including elementary, middle/high school, and a vocational program.

Our Students:

• Primarily diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

• Present with a wide range of needs including non-verbal communication , behavioral and physical challenges , and toileting/stimming behaviors

Our Approach:

• Low student-to-staff ratios

• 1:1 paraeducator support

• Robust interdisciplinary team including SLPs, OTs, PTs, BCBAs, and Social Workers

• Year-round programming for continuity of care

What Were Looking For:

• ASHA-certified SLP-CCC

• Experience with augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) and working with non-verbal or minimally verbal students

• Strong collaboration and case management skills

• Comfort working in a behaviorally intensive setting
