• Write Individualized Education Program ( IEP ) goals based on student assessments and needs

• Maintain accurate documentation, data collection, and billing in compliance with district and state standards

• Train and support teachers and staff with strategies to enhance student participation and educational progress

• Deliver direct or consultative speech-language services in individual, small group, or classroom settings

• Collaborate with district teams to support student success and participate in multidisciplinary planning

• Stay current on evidence-based practices and state licensing requirements
