Are you a licensed Occupational Therapist passionate about helping students gain confidence, independence, and essential life skillswithout the commute? We're seeking a dedicated OT to join our remote team, supporting K-12 students across Georgia through impactful, fully virtual therapy. This flexible, work-from-home opportunity lets you deliver meaningful care while enjoying the freedom of your own schedule. As a vital part of our teletherapy team, you'll create tailored interventions, collaborate with educators and families, and use our secure, user-friendly digital platform to ensure students receive the support they need to thrive. What You'll Do Provide engaging, individualized teletherapy sessions aligned with each student's IEP goals Design and adapt treatment plans to address a range of motor, sensory, and functional needs Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to promote student success Participate in IEP meetings and offer clinical recommendations based on your assessments Track student progress, document outcomes, and adjust strategies as needed Ensure all services meet Georgia state guidelines and school-based therapy standards What You Bring Master's degree in Occupational Therapy Active Georgia OT license Minimum of 2 years of school-based experience (strongly preferred) Deep understanding of IEPs, therapy planning, and data-driven progress monitoring Confidence using digital tools and platforms for remote therapy Strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills Tech Requirements Reliable high-speed internet Desktop or laptop computer (Note: Tablets and Chromebooks are not compatible) Willingness to complete a brief tech screening to ensure platform readiness Let's Connect
