A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available to support K-12 students in local school districts. This contract role is designed for the upcoming school year and involves working with a diverse student population, including those with Autism and other communication needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language evaluations, therapy, and consultation to K-12 students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress.
- Address a full range of speech and language disorders, including services for students with Autism.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports as required.
- Adapt service delivery methods based on guidance regarding virtual or in-person sessions.
Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC).
- Valid School SLP certification.
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational settings.
- Ability to address diverse communication needs, including students with Autism.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Flexibility to provide services virtually or onsite, as determined by supervisory directives.
