Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) Oakland, California

A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, serving an elementary school environment from Pre-K through 5th grade. This role offers a 37.5-hour workweek and a contract term aligned with the school year. Located near Oakland, CA, with services extending to Piedmont, CA, this opportunity is ideal for experienced SLPs as well as Clinical Fellows (CFs) who will receive supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and provide therapy for Pre-K to 5th-grade students.
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to implement individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) and manage VOCO devices as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress.
• Participate in team meetings and parent communication to support student outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Credentials as a licensed or Clinical Fellow Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Experience working with elementary-aged children preferred.
• Ability to provide or receive supervision as required for Clinical Fellows.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Familiarity with using augmentative and alternative communication devices (e.g., VOCO).
