A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist is needed to provide comprehensive services for a K-12 school system in Crosby, MN. This contract position offers a 37.5-hour workweek and spans the entire NSY (normal school year). The primary caseload consists of elementary students, with opportunities to support a diverse range of pediatric speech and language needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech-language therapy across a primarily elementary caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare providers to optimize student outcomes
- Provide teletherapy services as needed to enhance accessibility and consistency
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations as well as professional standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
