PT Duties:

• Implement and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with mild to moderate disabilities
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and parents
• Maintain detailed and accurate therapy session notes
• Conduct assessments and evaluations
• Typical PT duties

PT Qualifications:

• Active Connecticut Physical Therapist License required
• School-based/pediatric experience preferred
