Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Assistant Needed for School Setting Des Moines, WA

Sunbelt Staffing is proud to partner with a student-centered school district near Des Moines, Washington , seeking a passionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time, school-based role during the 20252026 academic year . Whether you're an experienced clinician or just starting out in school-based therapy, you'll be part of a collaborative, team-oriented environment that values ongoing professional development and student-centered care.

• Provide full-time speech and language services to students in grades K12

• Address a range of communication needs, including articulation, fluency, expressive/receptive language, and voice disorders

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams to create individualized support plans

• Attend and contribute to IEP meetings while maintaining accurate therapy documentation

• Deliver in-person therapy services at a school site near Des Moines, WA

• Caseload details and school placement will be discussed during the interview

• Current or eligible Washington state SLP or SLPA license

• ESA (Educational Staff Associate) certification required for SLPs

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills

• Commitment to supporting student success both academically and socially

• Prior school-based experience is a plus but not required
