Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Full-Time Loughman, FL

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a compassionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Loughman, Florida. This is a rewarding opportunity to support K12 students by delivering individualized, evidence-based speech and language services that foster academic and personal success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each students communication and learning needs

• Provide direct therapy services in both one-on-one and small group settings

• Collaborate with teachers, families, school staff, and administrators to support student progress

• Maintain accurate and timely records, including evaluations, progress notes, and IEP documentation

• Track student outcomes and adjust therapy plans as needed

• Ensure compliance with Florida state and federal regulations, as well as district policies

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders

• Active Florida SLP license

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply

• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
