Position Overview:
- On-site role located in Parachute, CO
- Full school year contract from August 2025 through May 2026
- 35 hours per week, providing services during the school year
- Caseload includes students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Work will be divided between two or three schools within the district
Qualifications and Experience:
- Certification or licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant credential specific to schools
- Experience working with pediatric populations preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Ability to manage a K-12 caseload effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work successfully with students, educators, and families
- Commitment to providing on-site clinical services
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized intervention plans
- Deliver therapy to students with diverse communication needs across the grade spectrum
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and educational standards
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices
