Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a contract position serving 5th and 6th grade students from August 14, 2025, through May 31, 2026. This opportunity involves working in a middle school setting and delivering speech therapy services to a pediatric population. The position offers a standard 37.5-hour workweek and focuses on supporting student communication needs through various therapy techniques, including teletherapy options. Responsibilities include: Conducting comprehensive speech and language assessments for middle school students Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results Providing direct therapy services to address speech, language, and communication disorders Collaborating with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies Utilizing teletherapy platforms as appropriate to maximize student engagement and therapy outcomes Desired qualifications and skills: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Experience working with pediatric populations in healthcare, educational, or teletherapy settings Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) supervision or independent practice in schools Knowledge of therapy techniques specific to school-aged children, especially middle school age group Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Location: Dublin, OH This position is ideal for clinicians passionate about supporting school-aged children's communication development in an educational environment.
