Schedule: Full-Time Soliant Health is currently seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position in Washington State for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team and make a meaningful impact in students' lives! Position Details: Full-time (approximately 37.5 hours/week) On-site or hybrid opportunities may be available Caseload and school assignments based on experience and district needs Supportive school team and mentoring available for CFs Responsibilities: Provide speech and language therapy services to students K-12 Develop and implement IEPs Conduct evaluations and assessments Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team Maintain accurate records and progress reports Requirements: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Washington State SLP License (or eligibility) ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFs encouraged to apply School-based experience preferred but not required Benefits: Competitive weekly compensation Health, dental, and vision insurance options 401(k) with employer match Professional support and development Travel stipends (if applicable) Ready to Apply?
