This is a full-time, on-site position serving students across various grade levels. The successful candidate will hold a valid California Teaching Credential (CTC) for Speech-Language Pathology and will provide direct therapy services without SLPA assistance. Key Responsibilities Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in a school setting Conduct evaluations, assessments, and re-evaluations to identify speech and language needs Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress Maintain detailed documentation and comply with district, state, and federal regulations Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development opportunities Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Valid California Teaching Credential (CTC) for Speech-Language Pathology required Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred but not required Experience working in a school-based setting preferred Ability to work independently without SLPA support Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
