An opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students across six small schools in Kasilof, AK. This contract position offers a dynamic caseload of 30-35 students and allows for both onsite and virtual service delivery, providing flexibility in how you engage with students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to the individual needs of K-12 students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support student development and inclusion.
- Manage and document caseload activities efficiently to meet compliance and reporting standards.
- Provide assessment, treatment planning, and intervention to enhance students' functional abilities.
Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapy licensure in Alaska.
- Demonstrated experience working with school-aged children within a K-12 setting.
- Ability to adapt therapy approaches for both onsite and virtual environments.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage a caseload of 30-35 students.
