This opportunity seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with expertise across pediatric and healthcare settings to provide comprehensive therapy services within a K-12 school environment in Hyattsville, MD. Ideal candidates will hold the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and have experience delivering teletherapy as well as traditional speech-language therapy aligned with school-based needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience in pediatric speech therapy and healthcare settings

  • Eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or completed CFY

Location & Schedule:

  • Position serves a specialized school within a district near Hyattsville, MD
  • Full-time contract assignment (40 hours/week), year-round schedule
  • Single school assignment with itinerant travel as needed

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and therapy sessions for K-12 students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educational teams
  • Utilize indirect/admin time for documentation, team meetings, and progress monitoring
  • Participate in in-person interviews and orientation processes as required by the district
  • Provide teletherapy services to expand access and flexibility as needed
