A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year in the Indianapolis, Indiana area. This contract position involves serving a diverse K-12 student population across three school locations, including one Montessori School and two Exploratory Schools. The role requires a bilingual SLP with a valid license to provide speech and language services tailored to meet the needs of students in the district.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy services to K-12 students.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Manage caseload across three distinct school environments, adjusting approaches to best fit each educational setting.
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district policies and state regulations.
- Participate in professional development and team meetings to stay current on best practices.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Bilingual proficiency strongly preferred to better serve the diverse student population.
- Experience working in educational settings, especially K-12.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple caseloads across various school sites.
Schedule & Location:
