A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available for the 2025-2026 school year in the Indianapolis, Indiana area. This contract position involves serving a diverse K-12 student population across three school locations, including one Montessori School and two Exploratory Schools. The role requires a bilingual SLP with a valid license to provide speech and language services tailored to meet the needs of students in the district.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language evaluations and therapy services to K-12 students.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and specialists to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Manage caseload across three distinct school environments, adjusting approaches to best fit each educational setting.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district policies and state regulations.
• Participate in professional development and team meetings to stay current on best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid state license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Bilingual proficiency strongly preferred to better serve the diverse student population.
• Experience working in educational settings, especially K-12.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple caseloads across various school sites.

Schedule & Location:

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week.
