A full-time Physical Therapist position is available for the 2025-2026 school year, serving K-12 students in a supportive educational setting located in West Richland, WA. This contract role runs from August 26, 2025, through June 11, 2026, offering consistent hours from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, totaling 37.5 hours per week onsite.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing skilled physical therapy services to students across K-12 grades
- Collaborating closely with educators, parents, and administrative staff to support student functional mobility and participation
- Developing, implementing, and documenting individualized therapy plans in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Monitoring student progress and adjusting interventions as needed to optimize outcomes
- Maintaining compliance with professional standards and licensing requirements
Qualifications:
- Current Washington State Physical Therapist License
- Experience working with a diverse K-12 student population preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to effectively collaborate within an educational multidisciplinary team
- Ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation
