Speech and Language Pathologist - Cambridge, MA

A skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) is sought for a K-12 school setting located in Cambridge, MA. This contract position spans the full school year and offers the opportunity to support students in developing effective communication skills across diverse grade levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to data-driven interventions

Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology
• Experience working with pediatric populations in a school setting preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage students and staff
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques and current speech-language pathology best practices
• Ability to manage caseload efficiently and maintain detailed documentation
