Requirements:

• Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy

• North Carolina OT license

• School or pediatric experience preferred

Duties:

• Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapy

• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to team planning

• Maintain detailed service logs and progress updates
