Sunbelt Staffing is currently seeking a compassionate and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site position in a supportive school district located in Flossmoor, Illinois. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations to determine students communication needs

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students across multiple grade levels

• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student progress

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of effective educational plans

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state regulations

• Support the development of communication skills to improve academic and social outcomes

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

• Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure

• Previous experience in a school setting preferred

• Strong skills in assessment, intervention, and collaboration
