Duration: Contract for the New School Year (NSY) Key Responsibilities: Assess and develop individualized treatment plans for students with varying needs Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student progress Implement therapeutic interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities Monitor and document student progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly Provide consultation and training to school staff on strategies to support student participation Desired Qualifications and Experience: Valid Occupational Therapy license with experience in school-based practice Knowledge of educational laws and regulations relating to special education services Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams Ability to engage and motivate children across multiple age groups (K-12) Experience interpreting assessments and developing IEP goals aligned with student needs Benefits of this role include the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on student success within a dynamic school community.
