Student Profile: Autism + other complex diagnoses (sensory, motor, communication) Program Overview: This SLP opportunity is at a specialized program modeled around ABA principles , serving high school and transition-age students with autism and other developmental disabilities . The school is highly structured and individualized, with a strong focus on sensory and motor integration , communication development, and real-world functional skills. Position Highlights: Full-time, onsite position for the full academic year Serve a caseload of students with significant communication needs Collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment (OT, PT, behavior analysts, teachers) Focused on functional communication, AAC, sensory-based interventions, and life skills support Support students both in-class and during transition training Ideal Candidate Will Have: Experience with autism spectrum disorders and transition-age populations Strong skills in AAC and individualized, functional communication systems Comfort working with students who have complex motor and sensory profiles Passion for working in a structured, specialized educational setting Compensation for this position ranges from $41.40 to $61.40.
