We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our school-based team in Eastonville, WA, for the 2025-2026 academic year. The PT will provide services to a diverse caseload of approximately 50 students ranging from preschool through 12th grade. This is a full academic year, in-person role, working 35 hours per week across multiple school sites. Responsibilities: Conduct physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver direct and consultative therapy services aligned with student IEP goals Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with district and state guidelines Support students in accessing their educational environment through mobility, posture, and functional skills interventions Qualifications: Valid Washington State Physical Therapist License (or eligibility prior to start date) Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to work independently across multiple school locations
