Morgan Hill Unified School District is seeking a dedicated, full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve students in elementary and middle school settings for the 2025-2026 school year . This is an in-person position with a manageable caseload averaging around 55 students . Key Details: Location: Morgan Hill, California Position Type: Full-Time Schedule: 2025-2026 School Year Caseload: Approx. 55 students Grade Levels: Elementary & Middle School Service Model: Onsite only (no virtual option) Responsibilities: Conduct speech/language assessments and evaluations Develop and implement IEP-based therapy plans Provide direct services and collaborate with teachers and support staff Maintain documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions Qualifications: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Valid California SLP license or eligibility Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CF) welcome School-based experience preferred
