Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Location: Chicago, Illinois Dates: August 20, 2025 - May 29, 2026 Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 3:10 PM Caseload: Early Childhood (Ages 3-5) | 25-30 students Setting: Onsite Position Overview: A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed in Chicago, IL for the 2025-2026 school year. The selected candidate will serve an Early Childhood caseload of approximately 25-30 students ages 3-5 , providing speech and language services in a supportive school environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct therapy services to early learners Conduct evaluations and write IEPs aligned with student needs Collaborate with educators, related service providers, and families Track and document student progress Attend IEP meetings and support goal development Qualifications: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Illinois PEL with SLP endorsement ASHA CCCs preferred (CFs will be considered) Experience with preschool or early childhood populations strongly preferred Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team Compensation for this position ranges from $41.40 to $61.40.
